Mauro Salini, \u00a0Pro Food President and Nespak General Manager, introduce l\u2019associazione e le finalit\u00e0 dello studio.<\/p>\n<p>La Dottoressa Anna Bortoluzzi, Auditor and Packaging Expert, con esperienza nella direzione di laboratori di test e ricerca, presenta i punti principali dello studio EPD commissionato da Pro Food in un intervento dal titolo significativo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plastic Packaging Sustainability: from fiction to science.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In quanto responsabile dello studio, la Dottoressa Anna Bortoluzzi illustrer\u00e0 le 5 fasi del progetto, dal sogno alla scientificit\u00e0, presentando importanti dettagli tecnici, dalla raccolta dati fino all\u2019analisi statistica.<\/p>\n<p>Pur nel breve tempo dell\u2019intervento sar\u00e0 possibile scoprire la valenza strategica dello studio di settore, che comincia a riportare il dibattito sulla sostenibilit\u00e0 del packaging (plastico e non) nel corretto ambito della valutazione scientifica ed oggettiva dell\u2019impatto ambientale: un contributo che Pro Food mette anche a disposizione delle istituzioni, nazionali ed europee, per una politica ambientale\u00a0 rigorosa ed efficace.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 un importante punto di arrivo per l\u2019ambiente, i consumatori e i produttori.
