Download the executive summary of the LCA study comparing disposable tableware made from different raw materials with ‘traditional’ reusable tableware. The study was carried out by the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Trento in accordance with ISO 14044 and 14040, and was subjected to critical review by the certification body SGS Italia spa.
